Dog Beach

I had such a good week end with my family. Thursday night Steven and I drove out to Riverside to spend the night and just hang out with the fam. Friday morning at 3:00am I got woken up by my arm stinging like a you know what and it freaked me out. I turned on the light and saw my arm was all red. I lifted up the covers and saw a scary spider that was dead. I crawled to the top of the bed pushing Steven to wake up. He looked at the spider and got grossed out as well. Just when I flicked the nasty think off the bed Steven looked down and saw a dead baby scorpion. I swore I was going to pee my pants. The I come to realize that I just got stung by a scorpion. My arm has gotten itchier at the days go by. I looked on line about scorpions and there is only one kind of dangerous scorpion and they live in Arizona. So I feel much better. The rest of that morning we ended up sleeping in the living room on the couch. Friday we waited for my sister Breanna to get home from school so we could go to the dog beach. Naturally we took Arwen to the beach and met up with Benjamin and Kirsten. They brought their puppy Figero. We had so much fun watching the dogs run a muck. Arwen got into the water only because she thought she had to save us. By the time we got back home and in bed was about 12:00am or so. If anyone has dogs I suggest that you take them to the beach!
